Carolyn Oxtoby:

Carolyn Oxtoby pioneered the restoration and redevelopment of the downtown district as a preservationist, civic leader and an entrepreneur.

She has served as president of Downtown Springfield, Inc. and helped found the Springfield Children’s Museum in the 1970’s, serving as its first president.
