HD Radio & Internet/Wi-Fi Radio FAQs

WUIS offers several options to listen online.

But first, pick one of the following options:

• MP3 Stream - Opens in your default music player
• PC or Mac - Return to the WUIS Home page and click the Listen Live button
• iTunes - Download the 56k iTunes stream and open in iTunes
• iPhone - Get the app
• Android - Get the app (Nobex RC) or Get the app (TuneIn Radio)
• Blackberry - Get the app

Can you hear our HD2 and HD3 streams only, but not the primary WUIS stream?

This is because of a bug in the latest version of Adobe's Flash software (11.4). Rolling back to an earlier version should solve the problem. Archive version of Adobe Flash can be found here.

Still having trouble accessing audio online?

If you have any trouble accessing audio online, please email us so we can find a solution as quickly as possible. In your email, please tell us exactly -

1. which webcast or on-demand segment you are having problems with, and
2. what error you are receiving.

Having trouble subscribing or listening to WUIS podcasts?

• To subscribe to WUIS podcasts, you will need iTunes. If you don't have iTunes installed on your computer, download iTunes for free.
